" Tim responded- immediately, & on a Sunday... Tim responded- immediately, & on a Sunday- to a request I made online for a showing. I had just started the process of looking for a house, and was clueless. He was helpful from the very start, making some suggestions about what steps to take next, & offering advice to help navigate the process ahead. Little he know he’d be stuck with my boyfriend & me for the next 8 months…I think we hold some kind of record for most offers rejected. (Not because of Tim’s negotiation skills!)
